"Mr. Bhaskar (name changed), faced significant challenges in my past, including aganja habit, negative influences, and involvement in criminal activities. I spent threeyears in a special home for rehabilitation. At that time, I was a 10th-grade dropout, but I managed to complete my 12th grade while in the special home. Following thedeath of my father, I lived with my mother, who was the sole provider for our family.During this period, I struggled with disobedience and disruptive behavior. While in the special home, the Kanaa Educational Trust played a pivotal role in myrehabilitation. They offered life skills training and counseling, which were vital insteering me towards a better path. After my release, Kanaa Educational Trustcontinued their support by enrolling me in a 2-year Hotel Management course at theInstitute of Hotel Management in Tharamani, Chennai, a central government institute.Today, I am employed at a five-star hotel.I am profoundly grateful to the Kanaa Educational Trust. Without their guidance and support throughout my studies, I might have fallen back into criminal behavior, especially since I live in the same area where I still encounter old acquaintances. However, with Kanaa’s support, I have remained focused on my future and stayed ona positive path.
